Shiatsu

Shiatsu

Literally meaning ‘finger pressure’, Shiatsu is a powerful form of body therapy originally developed in Japan. The roots of Shiatsu are similar to acupuncture in that it focuses on channels and points of energy.

Crispin first became aware of Shiatsu whilst working in Japan in his twenties and later embarked upon formal training when he returned to the UK in the mid-1990s.

During his career he has encountered a broad spectrum of patients with a wide array of conditions, and continues to value this simple but profound healing method.
